The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA) role is onsite at Round Lake Senior Living in Arden Hills, MN. Compensation is $17–$22 per hour for HHA work and $19–$24 per hour for CNA work, depending on experience; evening and overnight differentials are also listed. Round Lake provides assisted living, independent living, and memory care services in a 120-unit community. The caregiver provides personal care and support that recognizes residents’ individual needs and encourages independence. The role assists with activities of daily living, medication administration, and attentive engagement with residents.

What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfers, mobility, and other personal care needs according to the plan of care
• engage residents in conversation
• assist with medication administration.

Why this role

Part-time openings are listed for AM (6am–2pm), PM (2pm–10pm), and NOC (10pm–6am) shifts; every other weekend is included. Evening differential is $1 and NOC differential is $2.
