What you'll do

• Greet consumers, patients, and caregivers
• verify identification in accordance with Missouri regulations
• manage check-in accurately
• answer calls and direct inquiries
• maintain the lobby
• support customer flow and waitlists
• provide basic information about dispensary procedures, promotions, loyalty programs, and product categories
• maintain customer records and perform data entry, scanning, printing, and filing
• assist with opening, closing, cleanliness, and organization
• handle sensitive information confidentially.
