What you'll do
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- work with the Executive Chef or Sous Chef to support resident dining
- maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen
- follow cleaning schedules
- receive, store, and prepare food according to company standards
- assist cooks with recipes and production guides
- clean floors and remove trash
- help transport and store food and supplies
- support special events and theme meals
- operate and maintain kitchen equipment
- attend pre-meal stand-ups.
