Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Long-Term Care

Job overview

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) role is onsite at one or more long-term care facilities in the Florissant, MO local community; compensation is not specified. The therapist joins Scylla Solutions’ integrated clinical team to support residents’ mental and emotional health. The therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy, conducts assessments, and develops treatment plans for older adults and medically complex residents. Collaboration with facility staff and other providers helps coordinate care and support resident outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to long-term care residents
• conduct clinical assessments, psychosocial evaluations, screenings, and treatment planning
• provide behavioral management and brief interventions
• collaborate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical providers
• participate in care planning and facility meetings as needed
• maintain timely documentation in the Geriatric Notes Tool and follow ethical, confidentiality, and regulatory guidelines
• build professional relationships with facility staff and leadership.
