What you'll do

• Provide responsive service to prospects in person, by phone, and online
• conduct property tours and follow up
• guide applicants through leasing
• provide coverage at multiple communities in the Monterey and Marina area
• maintain accurate prospect and applicant information in Entrata
• stay informed about floor plans, pricing, specials, amenities, and neighborhoods
• keep leasing offices, model units, and tour paths presentable
• respond to questions and concerns and escalate when needed
• encourage positive reviews
• participate in marketing initiatives and community events.
