Customer Care Representative I

What you'll do

• Respond to routine inquiries about benefits, eligibility, claims, and provider locations
• answer member and provider questions about claims and processing
• escalate complex inquiries
• document interactions and action items in the CRM
• meet response-time, accuracy, and call-schedule standards while protecting PHI
• manage chat inquiries and support team queue goals.
