What you'll do

• Assess hazards before and during events
• communicate with staff, organizers, and local law enforcement
• monitor crowd behavior and respond to incidents
• follow zoned schedules with an assigned partner
• assist distressed attendees and direct them to medical or other services
• maintain incident records
• learn venue layouts and emergency procedures
• provide customer service.
