What you'll do

• Talks the patient through the procedure to lower anxiety.
• Positions the patient correctly and adjusts imaging equipment.
• Prevents unnecessary radiation exposure.
• Follows correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding.
• Completes required documentation for each procedure.
