What you'll do

• Support the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, grievance processes, compensation and benefits administration, training, compliance, and HR reporting

• process HR and payroll paperwork and maintain accurate HRIS data
• prepare workforce metrics and support policy implementation and continuous improvement.
