Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Review and advise on public works and transportation matters
• research applicable laws and regulations
• review, draft, and revise contracts and procurement documents
• conduct legal sufficiency and compliance reviews
• document findings, approvals, and required revisions
• support project planning, procurement, construction, and closeout
• coordinate negotiations, claims, disputes, and notices
• review Maryland Public Information Act requests and responses
• review legislation and policy
• track legal deadlines and maintain organized records.
