Case Manager Supervisor

The Case Manager Supervisor works onsite in Nashville, Tennessee. The stated salary range is $60,000–$70,000 per year. Virtue Community Care supports youth placed through the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services in Supported Living and Family Model programs. The supervisor oversees case managers and helps ensure timely, accurate case coordination, documentation, regulatory compliance, and quality service delivery. Through case reviews, staff coaching, and coordination with program leadership and care partners, the role supports youth safety, placement stability, and treatment and transition planning.

What you'll do

• Supervise and guide assigned case managers
• review caseloads, documentation, summaries, treatment plans, assessments, and reports
• monitor deadlines, contacts, meetings, appointments, and follow-up
• ensure communication with DCS workers, caregivers, residential staff, schools, healthcare providers, and treatment teams
• oversee treatment, discharge, placement-stabilization, and transition planning
• monitor youth safety and progress
• support staff during crises
• provide coaching and training
• conduct case reviews
• collaborate on compliance, audits, quality assurance, and improvement.

Why this role
