What you'll do

• Create a helpful experience for people calling or visiting the office
• answer calls and assist with policy changes, proof of insurance, resources, appointments, and general questions
• process mail, email, and text requests
• respond within designated turnaround times
• document communications
• solve problems and self-manage
• pursue training and development
• partner with management on quarterly goals. A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required within 30 days of hire.
