It supports safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant airport maintenance through fleet programs, performance monitoring, and coordination with airport stakeholders, customers, and internal teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily GSE maintenance operations, including personnel, equipment, scheduling, and administrative activities
• ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation
• implement fleet management strategies and preventive maintenance programs
• monitor equipment acquisition, maintenance, repairs, inventory, and disposal
• manage operating budgets and performance reporting
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, company, and customer requirements
• coordinate staffing and resources
• promote safety procedures and PPE use
• coordinate with operations teams, customers, airport personnel, and vendors
• lead, train, coach, and develop maintenance personnel.
