Regional Nurse Consultant

What you'll do

• Conduct on-site visits to assess compliance with company policies and governmental regulations
• assist with clinical policy development and revision
• support administrators and directors of nursing with education, systems, and improvement plans
• help develop goals and objectives
• assist facilities during state surveys
• support screening of nurse management applicants
• train facility staff when requested
• collaborate with consultation and compliance teams
• conduct preventative and complaint-driven clinical audits
• submit detailed visit reports and audit results
• troubleshoot facility and resident needs.

Why this role
