What you'll do

• Develop processes for finished-goods and raw-material forecasts, inventory levels, and ordering cycles
• lead and develop the Operational Procurement team
• establish procurement policies and procedures
• improve ERP, MRP, procure-to-pay, and analytics practices
• support forecasting and order management for suppliers and critical components
• assess supplier capacity and resolve issues with cross-functional partners
• mitigate supply risks
• support new-product commercialization
• coordinate procurement compliance, projects, staffing, and performance
• adhere to quality, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
