What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and meal preparation

• administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
• assist with mobility and physical exercises
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• document services and report health changes to supervisors
• coordinate with family members and healthcare providers
• participate in ongoing training.
