What you'll do
- Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments
- prepare shipping and receiving documentation
- use SAP and carrier systems to process transactions and maintain inventory records
- resolve shipment and inventory discrepancies
- coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- manage returns, reporting, and critical shipment expediting
- identify process improvements and follow safety, quality, and trade compliance procedures.
