What you'll do

• Set up and operate assigned machines
• monitor efficiency and product quality
• make adjustments when defects or performance issues arise
• troubleshoot and perform routine minor maintenance
• read blueprints or job orders
• follow work instructions and safety procedures
• maintain clean equipment and work areas
• report defects and problems
• and assist in other areas as directed. Advanced duties may include operating multiple machines, training others, and forklift operation when certified.
