Registered Nurse (RN)

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing staff
• coordinate shift services and resident care
• complete reports, charts, and medical-record documentation
• administer prescribed medications, including IV medications and fluids
• assess residents and respond to call lights
• monitor conditions and treatments
• communicate changes to physicians and responsible parties
• participate in care planning, quality assurance, and inspections
• and protect resident privacy and rights.
