What you'll do

• Prepare and execute guest dishes
• set up and stock stations
• execute orders in a timely and orderly manner
• plate dishes according to chef guidance
• wash, chop, and sort food
• maintain food quality and portion control
• control waste and follow par levels
• maintain personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• follow company and Department of Health standards.
