What you'll do

• Assists the OR team in the care of patients, equipment, and supplies
• handles instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during surgical procedures
• understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon
• maintains sterile field
• assists surgeon and/or surgical assistant by holding retractors and manipulating the endoscopic camera.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT)

Experience

Two years prior experience in a similar size facility with similar services provided
