Family Success Center Site Director

What you'll do

• Oversee core services, day-to-day operations, and the program budget
• recruit, select, supervise, and develop staff
• lead program development and community outreach
• build partnerships with community organizations and service providers
• coordinate center schedules and activities
• maintain a parent advisory board
• collect data and complete reports
• ensure participant and staff health and safety
• attend evening and weekend meetings and events as required.
