What you'll do

• Complete and review shift assignments and reports
• conduct room rounds

• follow up on labs, diagnostics, and pending orders
• administer scheduled medications and treatments
• complete assigned monthly summaries and skin assessments
• ensure CNA documentation and shower sheets are completed and reviewed
• complete MDS and skilled charting, document changes in condition and new orders or treatments, and report incidents.
