What you'll do

• Review behavioral baseline data
• conduct and document functional behavioral assessments
• define target and adaptive behaviors
• develop and train teams on behavior support plans
• monitor implementation and progress and revise plans as indicated
• consult on crisis intervention and behavior programs
• provide reports to clinicians
• facilitate clinical services and crisis support
• present plans and recommendations to committees
• review medication monitoring and behavior support plans
• conduct clinical trainings
• provide behavioral counseling and education.
