What you'll do

• Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, loading and unloading, trailer movement, housekeeping, and equipment uptime
• ensure orders are picked, staged, loaded, received, and documented accurately
• direct and train warehouse employees
• monitor staffing and trainee reviews
• reinforce safe dock procedures and report incidents
• coordinate with Production, Quality, Customer Service, Transportation, and Maintenance
• complete shipping, receiving, inventory, production, and training records
• inspect equipment and operate a spotter truck
• support inventory accuracy and food safety.
