What you'll do

• Oversee recruitment, selection, orientation, training, employee development, scheduling, payroll, and separation
• ensure consistent policies and customer service and adequate staffing
• maintain store safety, security, cleanliness, and upkeep
• audit preventive maintenance and report issues
• troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs
• maintain retail presentation and inventory
• train employees in sales and upselling
• oversee wash-dry-fold quality and customer concerns
• report cash and store information accurately
• execute promotions and financial initiatives. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends, and the manager must answer off-shift calls for store emergencies.
