What you'll do
- Support Jack Henry LoanVantage Commercial LOS or similar commercial loan origination systems, including user issues, workflow questions, access support, testing, and vendor escalation
- troubleshoot application issues, errors, access questions, and workflows
- assist with configuration, user access, security roles, maintenance, and routine administration under IT management direction
- monitor performance and escalate recurring issues
- assist with testing and implementation of updates, patches, changes, and features
- coordinate with lending, loan operations, other business departments, IT staff, and vendors
- document troubleshooting, issue logs, procedures, and user guidance.

Why this role
