Caregiver (Care Partner)

What you'll do

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and meal service according to care plans
• escort or transport residents to meals, activities, appointments, and outings as required
• observe residents and report changes to a supervisor and nurse
• record observations in the electronic medical record.
