The CNA provides essential resident care and supports comfort and well-being by assisting with daily living, following care plans, reporting changes, and working with the interdisciplinary care team under the Charge Nurse’s direction.

What you'll do

• Deliver care according to Resident Care Policies
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, and activity as directed by care plans
• provide applicable specialized care for residents with therapeutic, neurological, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound-care needs
• participate in the interdisciplinary care team
• maintain a clean and safe environment.
