What you'll do

• Assist customers with sales and post-sale follow-up, orders, and delivery issues
• work toward sales goals
• co-manage daily showroom operations
• engage new and existing customers
• identify outreach opportunities with local interior designers, architects, realtors, and developers
• maintain showroom appearance and visual merchandising
• assist with inventory and marketing collateral
• attend meetings and product training
• respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
