What you'll do

• Build and manage a quarterly Dallas event calendar
• identify and secure community event opportunities
• manage event planning, budgets, vendors, venues, permits, insurance, logistics, staffing, setup, teardown, and follow-up
• coordinate event materials with centralized marketing
• serve as the main event contact for practice teams
• prepare practice staff for events
• collaborate with regional leadership, marketing, and operations
• develop local relationships
• track budgets, attendance, leads, appointments, and attributed new patients
• report results and recommendations
• coordinate prompt lead follow-up
• maintain brand standards and comply with HIPAA, advertising, and patient-privacy requirements
• manage event inventory and supplies.
