Fleet and Commercial Sales Manager

The Fleet and Commercial Sales Manager role is onsite in Dickinson, ND. Pay is $90,000–$140,000 per year, base plus performance incentives; an additional sign-on bonus of up to $12,000 and relocation assistance may be available to eligible and qualified individuals. The role leads the commercial vehicle business at a Ford Elite Commercial Center. The role exists to grow fleet and commercial vehicle sales while developing a sales representative and strengthening business, government, and fleet relationships. It coordinates with retail sales and department leaders to align inventory, pricing, and processes and maintain compliance with Ford fleet programs and center standards.

What you'll do

• Drive growth in fleet and commercial vehicle sales
• manage, coach, and develop a Fleet Sales Representative
• build and maintain relationships with local businesses, government, and fleet accounts
• coordinate with Retail Sales Managers and department leaders on inventory, pricing, and processes
• ensure compliance with Ford fleet programs and Elite Commercial Center standards.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM minimum, with additional hours based on business needs. Local travel is expected; overnight travel is not required except occasionally for training or industry events.
