What you'll do

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance

• administer medications and provide first aid according to healthcare instructions and company policies
• implement individualized strategies developed by the Behavior Analyst
• encourage independence, communication, social development, and life skills
• document services, observations, and progress while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• collaborate with Behavior Analysts, families, and team members
• respond to challenging situations using evidence-based behavior management techniques.
