What you'll do

• Assist with planning and developing the 2027 Behavioral Health Program
• provide clinical leadership and guidance during development
• develop clinical policies, procedures, and service delivery standards
• support MaineCare and Maine DHHS regulatory compliance
• assist with clinical staffing, training, and supervision
• establish quality assurance and clinical documentation processes
• collaborate with executive leadership on growth and implementation
• build relationships with community partners and referral sources.
