What you'll do
- Implement BCBA-developed behavior intervention plans
- provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques, including discrete trial training and naturalistic teaching strategies
- collect client progress and behavior data
- support functional skills in communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living
- collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team
- communicate progress with clients, families, and caregivers
- participate in ongoing training.
