The Steward is an onsite role based in Mescalero, NM. Compensation is $14.00 per hour. This position supports the Food & Beverage Division at the Inn of the Mountain Gods, a resort dedicated to providing high-quality guest experiences. The role exists to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the food and beverage outlets. The steward contributes to the resort's goals by ensuring all dishware and cooking utensils are properly cleaned, stored, and organized, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

What you'll do

• Perform machine and manual ware washing
• Clean and maintain food and beverage outlet floors
• Manage garbage disposal and recycling procedures
• Organize and store cleaned items
• Follow safety and health regulations.
