Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is an onsite role based in Logan, WV. This role exists to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in residential or periodic programs. The DSP contributes to the team by helping participants with daily living activities, health maintenance, and community integration to foster independence and well-being.

What you'll do

• Deliver support per individual service/program plans, including socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, skill/behavioral development.
• Assist with daily activities: Personal care, housekeeping, recreational activities, transportation, community integration, shopping, citizenship, and other activities of daily living.
