Project Manager, Data Center Construction

The Project Manager, Data Center Construction role is onsite in the Canton, OH area. Compensation is not specified. The role leads ground-up delivery of Midwest data center campuses, including a 50+ MW site. The manager coordinates contractors, trades, utilities, vendors, and design teams from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. What you'll do

• Lead full-lifecycle data center campus delivery
• manage general contractors and trade partners
• own schedules, budgets, cost reporting, change orders, and forecasts
• coordinate long-lead equipment procurement and utility power delivery
• oversee design reviews, RFIs, submittals, and constructability
• drive commissioning and integrated systems testing
• enforce safety and code compliance
• manage quality, punch lists, closeout, stakeholder communications, and project risks.
