What you'll do

• Repair, install, replace, and maintain building machinery, mechanical and electrical equipment, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and tools. Perform preventive maintenance, inspect equipment rooms and grounds, answer service calls, complete work orders and logs, conduct scheduled fire pump and safety inspections, and support safe, continuous use of facilities. Rotational on-call coverage may be needed
• evening and weekend availability is required.
