What you'll do

• Plan and implement professional development and training
• coordinate workforce-development opportunities and career pathways
• maintain training calendars and tracking tools
• arrange and deliver training and coaching
• evaluate staff development needs
• prepare reports
• coordinate mentoring and coaching
• support strategic planning, curriculum development, recruitment, and supervision of Senior Youth Support Partners.

Why this role
