Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting issues
• respond to maintenance work orders
• maintain apartments, common areas, and grounds
• organize and inventory supplies and equipment
• assist with landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and sidewalk salting
• communicate major repairs and purchasing needs
• participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation.
