• review STAR reports and month-end results
• implement sales procedures and systems
• maintain relationships with management, owners, and clients
• prospect leads and set appointments or tours
• update target accounts and sales activities in Delphi
• greet assigned in-house meetings
• maintain group blocks
• review budgets and profit-and-loss information with the general manager
• support guest satisfaction and local community involvement.
