What you'll do

• Lead mechanic, body, and detail teams to achieve efficiency, profitability, and KPI targets
• maintain knowledge of reconditioning processes, customer service-level agreements, and company standards
• ensure production capacity and assist with planning
• guide teams on quality, production, and cost objectives
• oversee daily team activities, staffing, scheduling, training, performance, safety, and process improvement.
