The Project Manager, Water/Wastewater Plant & Mechanical role is onsite in Newtown, PA; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Manage cost and schedule for self-performed and subcontracted work
• ensure safety
• coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and other contacts
• select subcontractors through bid analysis
• negotiate contract changes
• review project invoices
• assist with QA/QC programs
• resolve work procedures and constructability issues
• evaluate construction methods
• manage the project team.

Why this role

Requires 8+ years of construction experience, preferably in mechanical, plant, or electrical work; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; and OSHA 10-Hour Certification. OSHA 30-Hour Certification and listed software experience are a plus.
