What you'll do

• Train and guide personnel
• inspect pallets for customer specifications
• enforce safety procedures
• direct daily production priorities
• prepare reports and correct discrepancies
• maintain pallet inventory
• coordinate shift transitions and work-area setup
• collaborate with management on operational and safety needs
• support employee scheduling, timekeeping, performance reviews, recruiting, training, and retention.
