CLS Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one support and supervision
• assist with community participation, transportation, friendships, and person-centered goals
• support daily living activities including mobility, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, bathing, meal preparation, laundry, and home care
• support self-administration of medication only after required training
• maintain health and safety, complete incident reports and required records, and attend required training and meetings.
