What you'll do

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and workstation issues
• provide support in person, by phone, email, and remote methods
• install and maintain computers and peripherals
• support POS systems
• administer Microsoft 365 accounts and services
• support Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
• manage device configurations and applications
• track help desk tickets
• maintain technical documentation
• recommend process improvements
• travel to locations as needed
• protect confidential information.
