What you'll do

• Provide direct resident services and medication management when needed
• schedule and supervise resident care staff
• monitor daily assignments
• develop memory care programming and personalized Memory Boxes
• support activities and outings
• update resident service plans
• respond to resident behaviors
• communicate with healthcare providers
• maintain documentation
• coordinate tests, appointments, and transportation
• support staff orientation, education, evaluation, and discipline
• follow emergency and fire-safety procedures.
