Dietitian II - PRN

Consults with and makes recommendations to physicians and allied health professionals regarding patients' nutritional status, needs, and diet plans. Formulates nutrition assessments, evaluations, and follow-up plans for patients at nutrition risk. Recommends and documents nutrition treatment findings and plans in the medical record. Consults with inpatients on diet rationale for self-management.
