Maintenance Supervisor, Third Shift

What you'll do

• Lead planned, scheduled, and emergency maintenance work
• assign work orders and review job packages
• coordinate shift handovers and production meetings
• spend at least 60% of the shift on the production floor
• monitor work for safety, quality, timing, cost, and completeness
• manage crew attendance and payroll matters
• document maintenance activity in SAP
• lead safety meetings, training, and equipment-area improvement activities.
